WE’RE CO-HOSTING MUSIC CAMP!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During the day, you will get access to tools, mentoring, and the space to let your creativity flourish. You will also learn more about copyright, Stim (the Swedish Performing Rights Society), and how to get paid when your songs are played. You and your songwriting group for the day will receive feedback from an established songwriter or producer.

The day concludes with a joint listening session where the camp producer and other participants provide feedback on the song you wrote during the camp.

You and your songwriting group will then have the opportunity to continue working on the song together for two to three weeks. After that, you will send it to the producer for written feedback.

THE MENTORS

Tim Larsson

Tim Larsson, originally from Örebro, is a songwriter, producer, and lecturer who has achieved a number of #1 hits around the world. He has written and produced music for renowned artists such as Chris Stapleton, Celine Dion, Oliver Heldens, Rascal Flatts, and Susan Boyle.

Tim has also created commercial music for IKEA, the mobile operator 3, and the Swedish national broadcaster SVT, and has competed in Melodifestivalen a remarkable 23 times.

Olivia Lundberg

Olivia Lundberg (Mary Mi) is a producer based in Stockholm, with roots in Vänersborg. In recent years, Olivia has produced music for everything from local indie acts to pop artists and DJs from Europe and the US. She has also produced local winning songs for the radio competition P4 Nästa two years in a row, and has participated herself on several occasions.

In addition to her work in pop production, she has written film scores, including for the SVT series Lantisar, and commercial music for the popular Alex & Sigge podcast. Olivia also teaches part-time at the Music Production program at Örebro University’s School of Music.
