What is a showcase Festival?

A showcase festival is an event where emerging artists and bands perform live for audiences that include fans, industry professionals, and media. It’s an opportunity to gain exposure, connect with fans, and network with industry representatives like managers, record labels, and agents.

Are we guaranteed to meet people from the music industry?

While we strive to invite and host many industry professionals, including labels, agents, and managers, we cannot guarantee that every performing act will meet specific people. However, the festival provides ample networking opportunities, especially in designated delegate areas and afterparties.

Im playing the festival. Where do I go when I arrive to Örebro?

You check-in at the artist and delegate check-in. (which is located at the same place as the stages Kulturhuset A-Salen and Kulturhuset B-Salen, though B-Salen have a different entrance)

Where can we park our vehicle?

Parking arrangements vary depending on the venue. We recommend using public parking near the Festival Office or contacting us for specific guidance based on your schedule.

Can we sell MERCH at the venues where we are playing?

Yes, performing acts are allowed to sell merchandise at the venues. Please let us know ahead of time if you need any additional support.

Can Live at Heart help us with accommodation?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide accommodation directly. However, we can share a list of partner hotels and hostels offering discounted rates for festival artists.

We can't travel with instruments, can you provide this for us?

We encourage you to bring your instruments if possible, but please reach out to us for assistance, and we’ll do our best to help coordinate necessary equipment or rentals.

Our technical specifications have changed since we were booked. Where can we send an updated tech spec?

Please send your updated technical specifications as soon as possible to ensure we can make the necessary adjustments.

We forgot to notify you about our touring crew. Can we add them to our party?

Yes, you can add extra crew members by contacting us directly. Please do this in advance to avoid last-minute complications.

Can I access the delegate list?

Yes, registered delegates will have access to a digital list of other attendees, including contact information if delegates have opted to share it.

Will there be any mingles?

Yes, there will be multiple mingling events throughout the festival where you can connect with other delegates and artists.

Can I showcase music from my company?

Absolutely! Registered industry delegates are encouraged to showcase music from their artists. Just let us know in advance if you need any support or space.

Where's the after party?

The afterparty location will be announced closer to the date, and details will be available at check-in.

Do I need to carry the badge?

Yes, your festival badge and wristband are required to access venues and events exclusive to delegates. Keep it with you at all times.

I just started my company, can I attend as a delegate?

Yes, new companies are of course more than welcome! Live at Heart is a great place to network and introduce your business to the industry.

FAQ – VISITORS

I ́ve heard that you get a festival pass if you work as a volunteer for one evening. Where can I sign up?

Get in touch with [contact@liveatheart.se] to start the process. We’ll also announce volunteer opportunities on our social media channels closer to the festival date.

I'm in a wheelchair, can I access every venue?

Yes, we strive to make all venues wheelchair-accessible. Contact us if you need specific details or additional support.

Is there an age policy?

The standard age limit is that you have to be 18 years old to visit Live at Heart.

Although, some venues have different policies so if you want to see a certain artist, then reach out directly to the venue and talk directly to them.

All DAYPARTY events will be free of charge and no age-restrictions

I have bought a ticket, do I have to change it for a wristband?

Yes, please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Festival Office before entering the venues.
