New Tivoli has in its current formation played together for about 5 years but the basic band started already in the mid-70s as a prog band.
The band plays mostly ska music but sometimes some reggae or something else that they think swings. This combination which they call coconut rock they started playing already in 1980. Nowadays there is a mixture of covers and own songs on the repertoire.
