The Swedish multi-artist Mohlavyr is known for her experimental way to combine her music with art and conceptual projects. Simultaneously with the release of her third album ‘Kära kropp’ she ran a photo project where anonymous participants shared their body issues and stories. The project received a lot of attention in exhibitions as well as in local and national media.
Mohlavyr has been an artist for the past 15 years. She has released three studio albums and one live album. Her mindful, personal and creative lyrics have been acknowledged and awarded on multiple occasions. With both gravity and playfulness, expressed through piano and accordion, the music of Mohlavyr covers a spectrum that runs from experimental pop, Swedish folk music to cabaret - her songs have been described as musical novels.
At Live at Heart Mohlavyr will perform together with the cello player Silia Hahne.
