Alluri is a musician from Hyderabad, India, a city diverse in culture with the beautiful language of Telugu at it’s beating heart. It’s also the exciting high tech city driving India’s incredible digital explosion. Collaborating with Italian producer Tommasso Colliva known for his work with rock band Muse and revered Italian multi instrumentalist Massimo Martelotta of Calibro 35 Alluri has created ’Tales of This Telugu Man’ a beautiful record sung in one of India’s most majestic languages. A language commonly referred to as the "Italian of India” and also the fastest growing language in the United States. Alluri draws from a wide musical pallet from classical influences to the sounds of The Doves and Morrisey whilst living for a period of time in the UK. Alluri delivers a sound as grand and euphoric as you’d expect from Arcade fire with a touch of the great Ennio Morricone thrown in for good measure too. Great music is made everywhere in the world.
